What You Will Do:

  • Prepare and submit timely and thorough court reports and assessments.

  • Advise and guide social workers on court documentation, care plans, and risk assessments.

  • Supervise and mentor the team, ensuring adherence to legal and statutory obligations.

  • Drive the development and review of risk assessments and safety planning in complex cases.

  • Contribute to the implementation of best practices and the ongoing improvement of the team.

  • Engage with various stakeholders to ensure holistic and collaborative support for children and families.
