What you will do:

- Perform the role of an Approved Mental Health Professional, making critical decisions and managing mental health issues in line with legislation.
- Work collaboratively with other health and social care professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to safeguarding and supporting service users.
- Conduct thorough assessments, plan interventions, and review care plans to ensure the best outcomes for individuals.
- Engage with a wide variety of individuals, providing guidance and expertise in dealing with complex mental health and safeguarding concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

- Qualified as an AMHP and registered as a social worker with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in mental health settings and an understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983 and safeguarding issues is essential.
- Ability to work Full Time in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
