What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive Care Act assessments to determine the needs of adults with learning disabilities.
- Operate within a legal framework, ensuring compliance with Adult Social Care laws and protocols.
- Lead safeguarding enquiries to protect vulnerable clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Prepare COP 11 reports and carry out Mental Capacity Assessments (MCA), making informed decisions when required.
- Participate actively in the duty rota, offering support and assistance as needed.
- Facilitate reviews both within and outside the borough to monitor and improve care plans.
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies, including health services and the police, to ensure coordinated and effective support.
- Use your expertise and experience with adults who have learning disabilities to provide exceptional care and service.
