What you will do:
- Support children in care and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, providing guidance and assistance to help them flourish.
- Undertake regular assessments and create comprehensive care plans, ensuring each child receives personalised and effective support.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including health services, education providers, and local authorities, to deliver holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely case records, documenting critical information to ensure continuity of care and compliance with legal requirements.
- Advocate for the rights and needs of children, representing their interests and ensuring their voices are heard.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Substantial frontline experience working in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
- Experience in working with children in care and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children would be advantageous.
