What you will do:

• Understand the needs of children and proactively seek out suitable adoptive families, ensuring a child-centred approach.
• Effectively manage a diverse caseload where adoption is the plan, following policy and procedure.
• Analyse risks safely to make informed decisions and maintain quality standards.
• Champion good practices, reducing risks and building on strengths through communication and excellent partnership work.
• Undertake family finding activities with a strong understanding of adoption regulations, legislation, and statutory guidance.
• Exercise your skills in direct work, preparing comprehensive assessments, reports, and Lifestory books in line with statutory timescales.
