Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a defined caseload using evidence-based, client-centred practices to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and rehabilitation to Service Users with a range of disabilities.

• Provide supervision and developmental support to Occupational Therapy Assistants and students.

• Contribute to staff education through in-service training, interdisciplinary programmes, IHSCS initiatives, and student/work experience placements.

• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams across various settings including homes, community environments, workplaces, and the Princess Elizabeth Hospital.

Requirements:

• Current HCPC registration.

• Valid driving licence (essential for travel across the island).

• Proven experience in delivering occupational therapy services across diverse healthcare settings.
